Refund Policy

At Moodie Comfort, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

30-Day Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. If you believe your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at moodiecomfort@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please keep the following in mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all plastic wraps and/or tamper seals intact. We may request a photograph as proof of the product's condition before approving a return. If the returned item is opened, dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsellable, we will be unable to process a refund. Refunds can only be processed for up to two items per order — for any additional items, we'll happily provide store credit or an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. We also encourage you to pack the item carefully to prevent any damage in transit. Once we receive the product in its original condition, your refund will be processed promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If your return is rejected for not meeting the conditions above, the product may be shipped back to you upon request. Please note that only the cost of the item will be refunded — original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at moodiecomfort@gmail.com. After 24 hours, your order is likely already processed and on its way. If you still wish to cancel at that point, please wait for delivery and follow the return process outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us right away with clear photos of the issue. We will offer you two solutions: resending the item at no cost to you, or providing a full refund to your original payment method. Our team is committed to resolving such issues quickly and fairly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask all customers to reach out to us first whenever an issue arises. We're dedicated to finding the right solution — whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit. Please initiate all refund or return requests through moodiecomfort@gmail.com within the 30-day window. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed before contacting us, the refund and return process will be considered void, and you may lose eligibility for both refunds and replacements. We believe in resolving problems with care and fairness, and we encourage you to give our support team the opportunity to help before escalating the matter.
