At Moodie Comfort, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes between 7–17 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.

A special note about our pillows: each one is carefully crafted, filled, and packaged to maintain quality and hygiene. Due to this detailed preparation process and occasional high demand, processing may sometimes take a little longer than usual — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you'd like us to ship to your country or region, feel free to reach out to us at moodiecomfort@gmail.com — we're always open to expanding our reach.

Discreet & Private Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with no reference to Moodie Comfort on the shipping label or return address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking shows no movement right away, there's no need to worry — it simply means your package is awaiting pickup by the courier.

Delivery Delays

While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as high postal volume during peak seasons, severe weather conditions, carrier strikes or operational disruptions, or customs clearance processes. We kindly ask for your patience in these rare situations.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing, we recommend first checking with your local courier or neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby. If your package is confirmed as lost, please contact us at moodiecomfort@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Important Notes

Once your order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, we are unable to cancel or intercept it while in transit. If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, our standard 30-day Return Policy applies. Please also note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.
